Please remember that we are a small company. We will make every attempt to respond to your email and phone call as quickly as possible. During times of higher volumes like Christmas and holidays, it may take a bit longer, but please know that we are checking emails and working on orders every day.
In order to help with efficiency, if you are emailing or calling regarding an existing order, please allow for the 10 business days posted on our website before reaching out to find out when your order will ship. If you have not received your email notification or tracking number by then, please contact us and we will be happy to help. For example, if you ordered on Monday January 6th, your order will ship on or before January 17th. If you ordered on Saturday January 11th, your order will ship on or before January 24th.
If you are inquiring when product will be added, we add inventory each Monday morning at 10AM Eastern Standard Time. Inventory may sell out quickly, so please check early to ensure you get into the queue for that week. We are not able to accept pre-orders after inventory sells out as it interferes with our inventory and control.
For all other inquires, we will make every effort to respond to you within 1 business day.
