Like the rest of the world we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 and taking our direction from the authorities in Canadian Public Health and the World Health Organization. The safety of our employees and customers is a top priority, so with the growing global concerns, the majority of our staff is remaining at home to help stop the spread of the virus until we have been given official clearance.
We remain committed to fulfilling customers orders as they come in and will continue to make stock available each Monday morning.
For the time being, during this new reality, we will do our very best to have orders go out in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience while we work together through these unprecedented times. Shipments have also been reduced to going out one or two days each week as another layer of precaution. After orders have shipped, an email will be sent with tracking numbers, however tracking may be slightly delayed from normal operations.
